Camping is available on a first come, first served basis with a limited number of sites for RVs 35 feet and longer; these will also be filled on a first come basis. All other sites will be allocated starting with mainland attendees, followed by up island attendees, and finally local attendees.

Tow vehicles must be able to park across the top of your site. No extra vehicles will be allowed on site due to limited parking (i.e., if you have a fifth wheel or tow behind you may have one vehicle. If you have a camper van or motorhome that is your vehicle and no extra is allowed).

You may request placement near a friend and we will accommodate as possible, however, we highly recommend you both register on the same day. Once you have registered online, send an email to send an email to Marti Lembke requesting to be near this friend.

The electrical sites have 20 amp power and some sites will require up to a 100 foot electrical power cord to reach the outlet. This power will not be enough to run air conditioning, so if you have a generator to power your AC unit we would recommend you bring it. If you need more power, sewer and water we recommend you book into Oceanside campground, it is only 5 minutes from the fairground.

The main sites will offer electricity, and once these are filled, dry camping will be available; please note that sites will not have water or sewer facilities, so come prepared. A sani dump is conveniently located at the Oceanside campground, 3000 Stauyw Road, Saanichton, just five minutes from the fairgrounds, and there will be no onsite pump out services.

Campers will have access to washrooms with showers on site, and all campsites are within a two-minute walk of the rings.

Towable and motorized camper vans and RVs are available for rent through Triangle RV, and details regarding the RV site map and costs will be released soon. Registration for RV spots will open when Regionals registration goes live on AgilityRocks.
